Dream in color. Make sound. Live without fear.  Black pain is not a commodity to be sold by non-blacks, even their “allies.”
Realize that everything needed is already present. Life flows. Love.

Modern Desires. We are anxious about the future. We are anxious about the past.

Sometimes we just lose control. Discipline and surrender come as no surprise, but must be balanced. We lay awake thinking of significant others late into twilight. We sleep walk on days when respite eludes us. There are highs and there are lows. These things are not profound, but connect us all in this human experience. Let yourself feel, be present, and love.
